Terms of Service

Celebrat.ai automates employee celebration emails — birthdays, work anniversaries and milestones — with AI-generated cards, sent either from our managed sending domain or from a mailbox you connect.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace. One workspace admin acts as the owner of the data in that workspace.

• You confirm you have the right to upload employee details and to email them at work addresses.
• You are responsible for informing employees that celebration emails are sent on your behalf.
• You must not use the service for spam, marketing blasts, unlawful, deceptive or harassing content.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or overload the service.

If you connect a Google account, you authorise Celebrat.ai to send the celebration emails you configure from that mailbox using the gmail.send scope only. We do not read your inbox. You may disconnect at any time; scheduled sends will then fall back to the managed sending address or fail. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• New workspaces receive free trial credits. Additional credits are purchased in packs.
• One credit is consumed per celebration sent, as described on the pricing page at purchase time.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes where stated.
• Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on third parties such as Google, email providers and AI providers. If card generation fails, we may send the email without artwork so the celebration still reaches the recipient.

Cards and messages are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect. You can preview and regenerate content before delivery. You are responsible for content sent from your workspace.

We retain all rights to the Celebrat.ai platform. You retain rights to your data, and you may use the generated cards for internal employee recognition purposes.

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the sending infrastructure.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed or delayed celebration emails.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
