Privacy Policy

Celebrat.ai is operated by Kuljeet Singh. The service is available at https://www.celebrat-ai.online. For any privacy question or request, email support@celebrat-ai.online.

• Account data: your name, email address and authentication identifiers.
• Employee data you upload: employee names, work email addresses, birthdays, joining dates and optional gender, imported by CSV, webhook or manual entry.
• Workspace settings: sender name, CC address, delivery hour, card style preferences.
• Usage and delivery logs: which celebration emails were generated and sent, and their status.
• Billing data: credit purchases and payment references (card details are handled by our payment processor, never by us).
• Optional AI provider keys: if you bring your own OpenAI/Gemini/Claude key, it is stored encrypted and used only for your workspace.

If you choose to connect a Google account to send celebration emails from your own mailbox, we request the minimum scope required: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send, plus your basic profile and email address for account identification.

• What we access: permission to send email on your behalf, and your email address to display which mailbox is connected.
• What we do NOT access: we never read, download, index, delete or store the contents of your inbox, drafts, labels, contacts, calendar or Drive.
• How it is used: solely to deliver the celebration emails you configure in Celebrat.ai, at the times you schedule.
• Storage: Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to send messages you initiate or schedule. They are deleted when you disconnect the mailbox or delete your account.
• Sharing: Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train any AI or machine learning model.

Celebrat.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time from Email Setup → disconnect the mailbox, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• To generate personalised celebration cards and email copy for the employees you add.
• To schedule and deliver those emails from your connected mailbox or our managed sending domain.
• To operate accounts, credits, billing and customer support.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and debug failures.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your employee data to train AI models.

To create a card, the employee’s first name, occasion type and optional gender are sent to an AI image and text provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or the Lovable AI gateway). Only the minimum context required to produce the artwork and message is shared. If you configure your own provider key, processing happens under your own provider account and terms.

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Google (Gmail API) — optional sending from your own mailbox.
• Resend — transactional and managed-domain email delivery.
• OpenAI / Google Gemini / Lovable AI gateway — card and message generation.
• Razorpay — payment processing for credit purchases.

Employee records, settings and send history are retained while your workspace is active. Generated card images are kept for up to 30 days for previews and resends. Deleting your account removes your workspace data, mailbox tokens and stored keys within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Data is isolated per workspace using row-level security, transferred over TLS, and secrets such as OAuth tokens and AI keys are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the operator.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by emailing support@celebrat-ai.online. As the workspace admin, you are the controller of your employees’ data and are responsible for informing them of this processing.

Celebrat.ai is a workplace tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.

We will update this page when the service changes and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will also be announced by email to workspace admins.
